Buckwheat Honey Sourdough

A rich, slightly sweet and nutty flavored sourdough infused with Humboldt honey. Made with the flours of buckwheat*, Sorghum*, and Tapioca*. This sourdough is made with a natural wild yeast starter, and is given time for slow fermentation, which increases digestibility and creates a lovely flavor.

Ingredients: Filtered water, gf flours (buckwheat*, sorghum*, tapioca*) wild yeast starter (filtered water, brown rice flour*), olive oil*, honey*, golden flax*, psyllium husk*, and filtered water.
