Examples: roasted kabocha and toasted pumpkin seeds, nettle cumin,  daily greens (kale, collards, dandelion and nettle), olive rosemary, fig pecan honey buckwheat, potato and chive.  This sourdough is made with a natural wild yeast starter, and is given time for slow fermentation, which increases digestibility and creates a lovely flavor.
