Made with the flours of organic dark buckwheat, sorghum, brown rice, and tapioca.  Our buckwheat honey bread is crafted with our natural wild yeast starter. Each loaf undergoes a slow fermentation process, enhancing digestibility and imparting a mildly tangy flavor.
