  • 1/4 cup Parsley, leaves
  • 1 tbsp Sage, fresh
  • 1 Shallot, peeled and thinly sliced (1/2 cup), medium
  • 1/2 tbsp Thyme, leaves

  • 1 Egg, large
Canned Goods
  • 1 3/4 cups Vegetable broth or bouillon
Baking & Spices
  • 3 turns Black pepper
  • 1/4 tsp Sea salt, fine
Bread & Baked Goods
Dairy
  • 4 oz Vermont creamery fresh goat cheese log
  • 3 tbsp Vermont creamery unsalted cultured butter
Beer, Wine & Liquor
  • 1/4 cup White or rose wine, dry
