Gluten-Free Garlic Bread Bruschetta

Two favorite appetizers join forces in this gluten-free garlic bread bruschetta, made extra pretty with a rainbow of heirloom tomatoes ripe for casual entertaining. Recipe by The Bojon Gourmet. 

Ingredients

  • handful Basil, leaves
  • 1/2 tsp Oregano, dried
  • 1/4 tsp Red chili flakes
  • 2 lbs Tomatoes, ripe
Condiments
  • 1 Splash Balsamic vinegar

  • 3 turns Black pepper
  • 1/2 tsp Sea or kosher salt, fine
  • 1 Sea salt
  • 8 tbsp Vermont creamery cultured butter with sea salt

  • 3 tbsp Olive oil, extra virgin

  • 1 Vermont creamery classic goat cheese crumbles
